About Your Thoughts Your Tale

A space to heal, write, and come home to yourself

At Your Thoughts Your Tale, we create guided journals that don’t just ask questions—they hold space for your emotions, your stories, and your return to wholeness.

Because the words you write can change the way you live

Writing therapy isn’t about being a good writer. It’s about giving yourself permission to feel, reflect, release, and begin again with compassion, clarity, and courage.

Become the conscious author of your own story

Why our journals are different

Every journal we create is rooted in this belief: that your healing begins when you put pen to page. Because when you write, you slow down. You listen more closely. And you begin to untangle the emotions, stories, and patterns that live beneath the surface.

Our journals offer more than just prompts—they provide meaningful context around the themes and emotions you’re exploring, so you feel supported and understood every step of the way.

Each journey is enriched with gentle rituals, guided meditations, affirmations, and inspirational quotes to help you go deeper. All to create a sacred space for reflection, release, and reconnection with yourself.

A note from the founder, your guide

Hi, I'm Sofie—writer, journaling therapist, and the heart behind Your Thoughts Your Tale.

For as long as I can remember, writing has been how I’ve made sense of the world and of myself. It carried me through heartbreak, burnout, and seasons of deep transformation. When I discovered the power of writing therapy, something clicked: this wasn’t just journaling—it was healing in motion.

I created these journals to give others the same safe space I once needed. A place where you can be honest, messy, reflective, and real.

A place where your voice matters.

Because your thoughts are more than just thoughts. They’re the beginning of your next chapter. And I’m honored to help you write it. Consciously.

With love,

Sofie Angevaare

Frequently asked questions

Please send us a message via the form below if you cannot find the answer to your question.

Not at all. These journals are not about writing well. They’re about writing honestly. Spelling, grammar, or eloquence don’t matter here. What matters is that you show up as you are. Your truth is more than enough.

Unlike an empty page, our guided journals gently lead you through a healing process with daily prompts, affirmations, rituals, and reflection tools rooted in writing therapy. You’re not just journaling—you’re journeying.

Even just 10–15 minutes a day is enough. These journals are designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it. Go at your own pace—there’s no “right” way to do this.

Absolutely. Writing therapy is a beautiful companion to traditional therapy. It can help you explore emotions between sessions, clarify your thoughts, or deepen your inner work. That said, these journals are not a substitute for professional support.

From Heartbreak to Wholeness is ideal if you’re healing from a breakup, loss, or emotional pattern that left you feeling disconnected from yourself. But really, it’s for anyone longing for clarity, closure, or reconnection after a difficult emotional chapter.

You can absolutely use your own notebook if that feels better for you. That said, we recommend printing the journal so you can follow the structure and keep everything in one place. Writing by hand also helps deepen emotional processing.
